Ontario's Stunt Driving & Speeding Law Firm

Today, I have a drivers license.The ONLY reason for that, is Dan and the people at Nextlaw.I was sure I was doomed.I'm probably one of the worst kinds of clients there is too.I call in desperation, at the last minute, with incomplete information.Etc...The Ontario court of justice feels I'm disrespectful.I was.I went to court I think 5 or 6 times to remand to another day.Totally wasted their time.I called Dan 1 day before my trial !1 day!I had many very serious charges, and I was looking at serious penalties.My driving record is ridiculously bad. .I'm the worst.Dan was honest about the situation, straight up and to the point, but remained positive, and discussed all the possible outcomes, and all the possible options with enthusiasm and in a way I could understand.Myself, I can't believe anyone would want to accept my case to begin with.Not only that, but this isn't the first time he's done this for me.I dropped a pile of charges in his lap once before, a few days before a trial, and his approach was the same.All 5 charges dropped on that one.He is a total professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a masterful tactition in the courtroom, able to recognize an opportunity and capitalize on that.He works hard for you.But he's also a friend too.I was treated with individuality and not a standard outlined in a dusty lawbook somewhere.A translator of the law, he educates and reassures in a way that left me feeling confident and with a clear understanding of the process.I received updates via Text to keep me informed, I felt important, and I knew I was in good hands.Finally, he's just a really down to earth genuine and sincere person.Easy to talk to, I felt comfortable immediately.In both of my cases the outcome was what he called a home run, I call it winning the lottery !Dan and his teams knowledge and experience are the people responsible for an irresponsible person getting an education and another chance.I can also continue to drive to work.I thought " wow I'm lucky. Jon at Next law was there at every step of my case. At first I was sceptical due to the overwhelming 5 star reviews, but after calling the Ontario Law Society, I was able to verify that his practice and business is fully licensed. I got charged with going 50+ over the posted speed limit, as well as stunt driving, a week before I was supposed to be enrolled into the Canadian Armed Forces as a gunner. I was on a time crunch to get the case resolved as quickly as possible. Under pressure to get this matter resolved quickly, Jon and his team at Next Law worked vigorously with the prosecutors to drop the stunt charge; this allowed me to simply plead guilty to the second count of driving 130+ in an 80, and pay off a fairly inexpensive fine (nothing compared to what I could have faced without Jon- not to mention the pain I would have faced otherwise from waiting for several court dates to pass before I could fully move on and get enrolled).This allows me to get back into the enrolment process and move on with life.Thank you Next Law 🫡

It was excellent service by Jonathan. He removed my stunt case and convert into normal speeding ticket and the main thing was i have G2 license and it was very hard to get rid of stunt case but thanks to Jonathan. Highly recommended for stunt case.

Would highly recommend hiring these guys if you ever get caught stunt!
