I live on a very busy street, and a car was bearing down on me at incredible speed as I pulled out of my driveway & merged into traffic. I accelerated into traffic and it took me right into a school zone where I was immediately ticketed for doing roughly 70 in a 40. This took place 100 yards from my house. I should have known better obviously as it was just down the street, however it was unintentional and became the worst day of my life!! I recieved a Stunt Driving Charge, Careless Driving, Expired Sticker, and No Insurance along with having my car impounded...I turned to Next Law and it was the greatest decision I could have made in that situation. Jon & Dan were completely professional & diligent in dealing with my matter and explaining the process to me. Their expertise in this field was a breath of fresh air, and I felt my anxiety, stress & fear levels instantly dissappear after leaving my very difficult situation in their hands.The sticker is being dropped as it's now an online renewal, the insurance is being dropped as it was valid, however I didn't have the policy slip on me that day (Jon & Dan helped me troubleshoot dealing with the insurance company to acquire the necessary information), the careless driving is being dropped, and my stunt driving is being dealt with on May 21st. I'm hoping it may even be dropped entirely too 🙏As a single Dad with a clean driving record who needs his vehicle to work and transport his child around, this scenario became an absolute nightmare come to life for me!
