Last year after thanksgiving I was driving home and was stopped at a ride program. To my surprise my liscense had been suspended for an unpaid ticket. I also had a drink that night yet a blew 0.0. However the officer was very difficult, worded a report that said I was nervous, seemed to be hiding something etc and I had a friend come and pick up my car. The next day I paid the outstanding fine and reienstated my liscense. I was shocked when I learned I was facing a handful of charges the pentalties of which included a 6 month liscense suspension! I was very worried because I commute for work so it would mean losing my job. The court date came and I was sitting in the lobby when a man, Daniel Joffe made conversation with me asking what I was there for. I explained my situation and he had said it looks like I would face a suspension either way. He gave me so free legal advice on how to go about seeing the charge reduced. In realising he was a lawyer asked if he could represent me. Now my first thought was I can’t afford a lawyer, I only made 40,000 last year. He explained we could do a finacing arrangement that would work for me and I went for it. From there I never had to go into a court room, Daniel would always go on my behalf, was very informative and would send me the occasional update on the progress of the case and his strategy. Incredibly professional, easy to talk to, affordable, and good at what he does! Ten months later I got the call from Daniel, all charges dropped but one, a small fine, no suspension! The best decision I could of made was going to Next Law and having Daniel represent me, I owe him my livelihood. Regardless of you charges, your income, talk to Next Law and get a free consult and I promise, like me, you will be so happy you did. I would review ten stars if I could.
